Domain/hosting shopping can be tricky. In the end reliability is the #1 quality (both technical and customer support). This means that your site is secure (It does not share a server space with potentially unsafe or suspicious domains), and has enough available resources so that your visitors have the best experience.

The most important part of a hosting package is resource usage (storage/bandwidth/CPU).

2. Easy
Wordpress + LAY. LAY is easy to use, has proprietary plugins, built & maintained by the incredible savant Armin Unruh.
It integrates perfectly with WooCommerce (online shop & payments).
Domain/Hosting Fees
I offer a unique service for my clients. One invoice renewable yearly (due Jan 1) and tech support throughout the year. Late payment means suspended services (noooooooo).The domain renewal fee is included in the hosting fee*.

Renewal/Cancellation
Annual fees are due in full if the renewal date of your domain has passed (in this calendar year). Hosting services continue until the domain expires. You can cancel your domain/hosting anytime during the year.
If you wish to cancel your domain/hosting please send me an EMAIL.
Domain/hosting fees are annual even though your domain renews anytime during the year.

Transfer
Transfer usually takes about 1 week with less than 24h downtime. Sometimes mail servers need to be updated. In order to transfer to a new host the domain needs to be renewed, so you get +1 year. There are no transfer fees.
Note: when you transfer your domain to my server I become the technical contact & you remain the owner.

Hostpapa is aware that if I am no longer able to manage your domain/hosting (ie. I cannot reply) you are free to transfer it, or keep it with them. Just contact them. They know what to do.
